Yoga Flow, Sound Bath & Meditation Mini retreat at Beaconside Conference Centre, Stafford, from 5-7pm on the 24th of November. A gentle yoga session followed by a calming meditation and healing sound bath. Suitable for students of all levels. £25. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer, yoga mat, pillow, and water bottle. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed! Please do not attend if sick or experiencing symptoms of illness.
