If you find yourself looking for community this New Year, East Nashville Meditation Group is FREE to join. We’re just regular people that enjoy community. Our lovely group meets weekly in East Nashville. We gather to discuss the complexities, joys, and trials of existence and to spend time in meditation. If you’re new to meditation or have struggled with it- that’s ok! We strive to establish a safe and supportive environment, acknowledging that this looks different for everyone. We generally spend about an hour in discussion and a half hour in meditation.
Each week looks a bit different based on what the group needs and who is in attendance- we go with the flow! We would love for you to join us if you are looking for a place to find support and meditate.
