Meditate & Create

Jordan Harrington will guide a grounding meditation to help you land in your body and settle in. From there, you’ll move into a quiet space for journaling and art-making, with live music by Mar Rose.

This is a relaxed, low-pressure space to spend time with yourself and make something. All levels welcome. Please bring a journal.

About the facilitators 

Jordan is a recreational therapist by trade and a yogi by nature. With over a decade of experience practicing, studying, and teaching yoga and mindfulness, she is dedicated to creating shared spaces rooted in love and compassion—where all feel aligned, seen, supported, and heard.  

A singer-songwriter from the DMV, Mar Rose is a guitarist, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist loop artist who weaves together distinct rhythms, catchy melodies, and expressive lyrics to immerse the audience in an emotional experience. Mar plays and writes everything from folk rock to reggae, pop, electronic, rock, and blues, and gives it all a special flair that becomes unquestionably their own unique style.
