Mat Mondays: Pilates on The Patio

Join us for a Sunset Pilates Class led by the amazing SweatWithShay!  🧘‍♀️✨

Monday, October 21st, meet us on the patio with hydration sponsored by Smart Water and refreshing sparkling water from Topo Chico. This pilates class will be in partnership with Erace The Hate , a featured segment of the ARTREPRENEUR ACADEMY program from 7pm - 9pm.

Unwind, refresh, and support local Black businesses as you roll out your mat and flow through this rejuvenating session. Don’t miss out on this perfect way to relax and recharge meet us on the patio for pilates.
