The Happiest Hour is a gathering for Miami's conscious and spiritual community at Love Life Cafe, where like-minded individuals can connect, have meaningful conversations, and foster new relationships in a high-vibe atmosphere.

We'll also have a relating exercise to foster connection.

Agustina Caminos is the Wellness Director at Faena Group and Spa Director at Faena Hotel Miami Beach She is a Pranic Healing instructor, therapist, yoga professor, and alternative medicine practitioner with deep, lifelong experience.

Aldo Jaquez is a certified Breathwork and Meditation teacher and Mindset coach from the Dominican Republic, is dedicated to consciousness and self-exploration. With 14 years in hospitality and a degree from Boston University, he blends people skills, education, and charisma to help others elevate their mindset and practices.

Alexandra Sheth with a background in Neuroscience (B.S.) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The University of Michigan, founded Sheth Studios, LLC. Her private somatic studio offers in-person and virtual classes, focusing on somatic-based mental health, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation.

Brenda Berys is the Founder and CEO of But of Course Productions, an event agency specializing in immersive, transformational events that drive personal and business growth. She also founded Beyond the Gut, an event focused on gut health, the microbiome, and the brain-gut axis.

Brittany Berger is an artist, author, motivational speaker, and wellness expert who founded The Mindful Music Lab, Miami's first female-founded mindful recording studio. Dedicated to healing the mental health of the music industry, she hosts wellness events and recently released her debut meditation album, MIND FULL, available on all platforms.

Brooke Gramer has over 12 years in marketing and events. She loves creating memorable experiences and connecting with people. As a certified life coach, she's passionate about personal growth and spirituality, enjoys spaces that inspire joy and positive impact.

Edan Harari is the founder of Kinetic Body Therapy in Miami Beach & NYC and is an authority and educator/speaker in the world of manual therapy and practical hands-on energy work.

Emily Bench is the co-founder of Pilathon, one of Miami’s top Pilates studios located in Wynwood and Little River. She is also a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Emilia Garth sings in Spanish, Hawaiian, Portuguese, English, Yoruba, and Gurmukhi. Her performances blend meditative songs and vibrant Indigenous chants collected from her travels and studies. She shares her music globally at retreats and festivals, and her songs are available on all major platforms.

Dr. Frank Anderson is a seasoned meditator, teacher, and academic physician. He is currently a professor and chair of the Department of Humanities, Health, and Society at Florida International University's Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.

Jared Bistrong is the found and director of both the Miami Sound Institute and the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra He has been a pioneer in the field of Sound Healing for over 25 years. He produces and curates large scale community sound healing events throught South Florida and beyond.

Kathy Wong offers transformative growth experiences as a certified health and wellness coach and relationship therapist, using Gottman Method to help clients achieve personal and professional goals through mind, body, and soul alignment.

Laura Luque is a trained physician and alternative medicine practitioner. She combines her expertise in human physiology, sound facilitation, and holistic health to guide others in their healing journeys.

LeoM is dedicated to helping others experience a free and expansive life through sound therapy, guided meditation, breathwork, and yoga. His motivation is to raise everyone's vibration, allowing the body's natural healing energy to emerge and promote overall wellness.

Dr. Lindsay Bira, Ph.D., is a clinical health psychologist and adjunct medical professor specializing in trauma, anxiety, stress, and resilience. Dr. Bira also founded Ocean Oriented™️ Expeditions, a leadership resilience program using freediving for nervous system reset.

Luchi Estevez is spiritual amplifier and cosmic healer. She offers personalized Healing HeArt & Light Activation to help you develop your own unique gifts on all levels.

Myk Likhov founded Modern ŌM and has 17 years of experience as a wellness entrepreneur, investor, and pioneer. He’s one of Miami’s foremost leaders in the wellness community.

Namrata Milan is a spiritual entrepreneur and Yogi dedicated to helping her community find inner peace through ancient wisdom. With over 800 hours of yoga training, Nimi is an advanced yoga teacher, sound healer, breathwork and meditation facilitator, and Reiki master.

Paula Landron is a breathwork facilitator and fitness instructor… and manages events at Modern OM. She loves wellness and passionately helps others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Sam Reynolds, yoga teacher and founder of Cafe Namaste, combines yoga expertise with holistic wellness, creating a community for yoga, wellness, and mindful connection through events and social outreach.

Taylor Pascoe is a passionate connector within the conscious community. Her business acumen extends to the financial realm, where she spearheads fundraising initiatives for Conde Nast and Sports Illustrated Resorts.

Tiffany Levy is a dedicated yoga and mindfulness practitioner with over 1,000 hours of RYT certification, an MBA, and expertise in Pranic healing. As Co-Founder of Yogiinvaders and 420 Space Yoga, she leads wellness retreats, workshops, and classes worldwide, building healing communities both in person and virtually.
