Course Overview: Join Chef Iliff for an immersive two-part class in the art of pizza and sauce making. With years of culinary experience and a passion for perfecting pizza, Chef Iliff has developed his own signature pizza dough and sauce recipes that pair beautifully with a variety of toppings. This class is designed for both beginners and seasoned cooks who want to elevate their pizza-making skills.

Part 1: Crafting the Perfect Dough

In the first session, Chef Iliff will guide you through the process of making the perfect pizza dough from scratch. Learn the secrets to achieving the ideal texture and flavor, and discover tips for kneading, proofing, and shaping your dough. By the end of this session, you’ll have the skills to create a pizza base that is both crispy and chewy.

Part 2: Creating Delicious Sauces and Toppings

• The second session focuses on crafting delicious sauces and selecting the best toppings to complement your pizza. Chef Iliff’s will share his unique sauce recipe, along with techniques for balancing flavors and achieving the perfect consistency. You’ll also explore a variety of topping combinations, from classic favorites to innovative creations.
