An introduction to the rich, flavorful, and diverse culinary traditions of Cuba. Cuban food is a fusion of Spanish, African and Caribbean influences. Learn to make Cuban Stuffed Rice, a dish your whole family will love and a great dish for entertaining.
Dive into the rich flavors of Cuban cuisine with this hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to make *Rice Imperial* (Arroz Imperial), a delicious and iconic dish that is perfect for special occasions. Rice Imperial is a layered casserole made with fragrant yellow rice, succulent shredded chicken, and a savory sofrito, all marrying into a comforting and hearty meal. It’s a perfect example of the vibrant, flavorful food that Cuban cuisine is known for.
