This high-energy, all-female event is for ladies who loves dance, fitness, and movement. Whether you're a beginner or experienced dancer, our mission is to create an inclusive space where women of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels can come together to embrace body positivity, crush fitness myths, and break through limiting beliefs.

We’ll be dancing to a mix of Latin beats, top 40 hits, and everything in between, giving you the freedom to groove to the rhythm and build your confidence every step of the way.
