Join us for the Spring Fling Kids Fitness Competition, an exciting, family-friendly event designed to find the fittest kids in North Carolina! This high-energy competition is perfect for all skill levels, encouraging kids to stay active, have fun, and challenge themselves.

🛠 Four Fitness Events to test the following categories:

• Speed
• Strength
• Stamina
• Grip

🏆 Divisions:

• Tiny Tigers (Ages 5-8)
• Junior Jaguars (Ages 8-12)
• Powerhouse Panthers (Ages 11-15)
  (Age ranges overlap to allow flexibility based on skill level.)

We’re on a mission to get today’s youth off screens and moving! At Neuse River CrossFit, we believe in the power of fitness to build confidence, promote health, and inspire lifelong habits.
