Mirror Work & Guided Meditation
The first session of the Manor Spring Reset begins with a gentle yet powerful practice: In this nurturing opening circle, you’ll be invited to meet your own reflection with kindness, curiosity, and compassion. Through guided affirmations and mindful presence, we soften the inner critic and begin to rebuild a loving relationship with ourselves. As spring awakens new life in nature, this session offers a moment to reconnect with own inner wisdom, speak words of encouragement to the person looking back at you, and plant the seeds of confidence, self-acceptance, and inner warmth that will carry you through the rest of the retreat. Followed by a Guided Meditation.

Movement is Medicine With Dee
Moving into Movement is Medicine, after a comfort break, embrace a gentle yet uplifting journey through the energy centres using mindful movement. In this session, we explore how the body can help shift and release stagnant energy, allowing us to let go of anything that no longer serves us. Through intuitive movement, breath, and awareness, we gradually move through each energy centre, creating space for balance, clarity, and renewal. Lets enjoy and have fun, feeling fully present as we move, shake, stretch, and soften, we cleanse and clear the path within ourselves, making room to welcome the fresh positive possibilities and vibrant energy of the season ahead. 🌿✨💫

Drumming Meditation
The third session of invites you into the grounding rhythm of Intentions with Drumming Meditation. In this deeply immersive experience, the steady beat of the drum becomes a guide, helping you quiet the mind and connect with your inner wisdom. As the rhythm carries you inward, you’ll be gently invited to reflect on what you wish to welcome into this new season of growth. From this calm, centred space, you will set heartfelt intentions for the months ahead, allowing the vibration of the drum to anchor those intentions within you. It is a powerful moment to listen, align, and move forward with clarity, purpose, and renewed energy.
Followed by a deep relaxing Soundbath journey.
♥️2 glorious relaxing hours in the Spa ~
Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam room and Sauna with newly furbished loungers and relaxed seating.
You can book and pay any treatments for times between 3pm ~ 5pm while in the Spa.
