This yoga retreat offers the perfect blend of rest, gentle movement and quiet time to reconnect with yourself.
Enter the beautiful Nordic Tipi where your peaceful and restorative days will begin and you will experience supportive yoga and gentle meditation designed to release tension, calm the nervous system and leave you feeling lighter in both body and mind.
There is plenty of time to slow down and simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the characterful gardens where attention to detail is second to none — soak in your private wood fired hot tub, relax in the infrared sauna, take a dip in the on-site heated swimming pool, relaxing spa treatments can be pre booked separately or wander the countryside paths.
Each guest stays in a beautiful self-contained luxury pod, creating a cosy and private sanctuary for the weekend.
Enjoy nourishing vegetarian home cooked meals lovingly prepared offering wholesome food that supports the retreat’s intention of rest and renewal.
