🌿 About the RetreatStep away from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in a weekend of peace, practice, and connection. Guided by Samantha Lavery, this retreat blends Seasonal Yoga, Qigong, nourishing vegetarian food, and deep relaxation to revitalise body and mind.
Held in the Saxon village of Escomb, you’ll stay in luxury pods with private hot tubs, enjoy shared access to the sauna & heated swimming pool, and spend time in the stunning Teepee for yoga, meditation, and evening relaxation.
⚡ Each retreat is limited to 10 spaces total – with only 4 spaces currently remaining. This small, intimate group size ensures a personal, nurturing experience.
