Join Aaron and Rebecca (Nada Pulse) for a serene, soul-nourishing Forest Flow gathering in the heart of Hamsterley Forest. This is a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and others, and let the forest hold you as nature unfolds around you.

Your Forest Flow journey includes:

• Cacao ceremony to gently open the heart, invite presence, and deepen connection with yourself, the group, and the land

• Nature meditation and forest bathing, guiding you into quiet, sensory awareness with the trees, earth, and sky

• Guided breathwork session to regulate the nervous system, soften stress, and anchor you back into your body

• Voice and sound bath with live instruments and gentle vocal tones, inviting deep rest, release, and inner stillness

To close, we’ll come together to share nourishing soup in the forest, giving space to ground, reflect, and connect in community.

What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water bottle, warm layers, and an open mind and heart. 💓
