Join us for a hands on cooking class focused on one of the most comforting and iconic dishes in Mexican cuisine: enchiladas.

Led by Mexican Chef Alan, this class will teach you how to prepare authentic enchiladas completely from scratch.

While enchiladas may seem simple, the secret to truly great enchiladas lies in the sauce. In this class, you will learn traditional techniques for creating enchilada sauces with depth, balance and authentic flavour, while also learning how to properly assemble, bake and finish the dish.

The meal will be served alongside traditional Agua de Jamaica, a refreshing hibiscus drink commonly enjoyed throughout Mexico.
