We are thrilled to welcome renowned teacher, author, and psychotherapist Rabbi Dr. Tirzah Firestone for a powerful and deeply meaningful Shabbaton devoted to healing across generations.

The Jewish tradition has long understood that our ancestors’ deep wisdom, as well as the residues of their difficult life stories, transfer from generation to generation. While our forebears’ legacies often shape our lives with precious values and loving memories, their historical traumas can also come down to us in ways that limit us, keeping us small and reactive, rather than reflective and wise. The profound work of ancestral healing helps us transform the scars of the past into resilience, heightened compassion, and usable wisdom.

In this experiential Shabbaton dedicated to intergenerational healing, Reb Tirzah will take us on a journey filled with remarkable stories, guided meditations, and case studies from around the world to help us enact what Viktor Frankl called our “uniquely human potential to transform personal tragedy into triumph.”
