Magic Moondays: Guided Meditation, Sound Healing & Reiki

Magic Moondays is a grounding, heart-centered weekly ritual designed to help you reset, release, and realign.
Each Monday evening, Lisa guides you through a nourishing experience that may include:
• Guided meditation
• Chakra-focused awareness
• Sound healing with crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments
• A closing Reiki blessing to support integration and emotional balance
This class flows intuitively with the lunar cycle—some weeks we focus on intention-setting and expansion, while other weeks invite deep reflection, shadow work, and release. The common thread is integration, self-love, and nervous system regulation.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, Magic Moondays offers a welcoming, non-intimidating space to slow down, reconnect, and care for your inner world.

About the Faciciltator:
Lisa Beebe leads the Full Moon Ceremony on a monthly basis. She facilitates guided channeled meditations, sound healing, as well as reiki and energy work, which often includes intention setting, journaling, allowing, and releasing. Through life’s journey, Lisa is grateful to have opened up to love and life through a deeper connection with herself, the spiritual realm, and community, and she has grown and blossomed through the process of grieving the loss of her husband and father. She now leads from this vulnerable and compassionate place.
