Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays | 12:15pm-12:35pmTake an afternoon break and intentionally cultivate inner peace, mindfulness and concentration, No previous experience is necessary. No special clothing is required. Just show up!
Each 20 minute session will include:
A short introduction to the meditation for the day
A guided meditation to relax and refresh body and mind
Advice for the day ahead
No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
