Monthly Community Meditation and Networking Breakfast

Come as you are. We have chairs and a couple of meditation cushions. If you would like to bring your own or anything else that will enhance your practice, please do.
We will start with a short introduction, do a 20-minute guided meditation, followed by a five minute debrief and then we will have breakfast together. We will also be providing water, tea, and coffee. Please let me know if you have any eating restrictions.

Our office is at 455 Massachusetts Ave NW, Suite 770, Washington, DC 20001. If you are driving, our parking garage address is 450 I St NW. If you are taking transit, the closest metro stops are Judiciary Square and Gallery Place. Please enter the building through the Massachusetts Avenue entrance and check in with security.
