As we enter the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Fire Horse, this circle offers a gentle space to pause, listen, and align before momentum builds.

Rather than pushing into action or setting rigid goals amid a year that carries strong, fast-moving energy, we gather to reconnect with inner truth and sense what feels genuinely ready to take shape.

This is an invitation to align intention with who you truly are, so that movement in the year ahead arises from authenticity rather than expectation.

Through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, an oracle card ritual, reflective journaling, mindful sharing, and a deeply restorative yoga practice, the circle supports clarity, alignment, and a grounded sense of direction.

Held during the transition from afternoon into evening, as the light softens and the day turns inward, this gathering honours the beginning of a new cycle with presence, care, and conscious choice.
