Aromatherapy and Sound

Join us for an in-person experience where the calming world of aromatherapy meets the soothing vibrations of sound.

You'll start by learning about different essential oils before making your own essential oil roller ball.

We'll then move on to a relaxing sound bath to help sooth your nervous system and help you to fully switch off.

This will be a small, intimate gathering - limited spots available.

If you've been feeling tired or overwhemed - this is for you.

What to expect:

• Guidance on esential oils to create your own roller ball (please let me know if you have any sensitivities, are pregnant or breastfeeding or have any health complications prior to the event - [email protected])
• Guided relaxation to settle the mind and body
• Immersive sound bath using gongs and other instruments
• A safe, nurturing space to rest deepy and relax

How you'll feel afterwards:

• Ground and calm
• Clear-hearded and emotionally lights
• Deeply rests (many people report better sleep after a sound bath!)
