Under the blue lights at [solidcore] and at Life Time where I teach yoga and CTR. Whether we're flowing on the mat or shaking on the reformer, I'm all about helping you move with intention and confidence.
Naya (@coachnayab) is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and a [solidcore] Pro Coach who is passionate about helping her clients move with intention, confidence, and strength. Blending the mindfulness of yoga with the power and precision of Pilates, she creates classes that challenge the body while encouraging a deeper connection to breath and self.
Her teaching style is supportive, energizing, and alignment-focused, welcoming students of all experience levels. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply dedicate time to reconnect with yourself, Naya strives to create an inclusive space where everyone feels empowered to show up exactly as they are.
She believes movement is more than exercise; it is a practice of self-care, resilience, and community. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling stronger, more grounded, and inspired long after the step off of the reformer or the mat.
All levels are welcome, with options provided so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
Just bring a mat, water, and yourself – will take care of the rest!
After the class, please allow for a 30 minute clean up while the team resets the store for a private shopping experience. While cleanup is underway, participants will be directed to wait outside the store.
