Blending mindful movement with functional strength as well as being the Lead Trainer for VIDA's Yoga Teacher Training program, Caroline will have you build both stability and confindence both on and off the mat.

Diobelkis is a dynamic fitness professional, dancer, and community leader from the Dominican Republic. Known for her vibrant spirit, she inspires every client to move with joy and intention.

All levels are welcome, with options provided so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
