Join Melissa Leong (@Sweatilates) and Kara Abella for a dynamic, full-body workout designed to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. Start with a classical mat Pilates session with Melissa, focused on core stability, alignment, and mindful movement to support how you move both in and out of the studio. Then transition into a sculpting barre class led by Kara, blending low-impact, high-intensity movements to build strength, stability, and muscular endurance. Together, this class offers the perfect balance of burn and control: challenging your body while reconnecting you to it.

Melissa is the owner of Sweatilates, a boutique, home-based Pilates studio in Herndon, VA. She blends her classical training with a fresh contemporary approach. Sweatilates believes in making Pilates accessible, effective and fun-without losing the integrity of the method.
All levels are welcome, with options provided so you can move in a way that feels right for you.

Kara is a passionate instructor known for her energizing presence and thoughtfully curated classes that leave you feeling stronger- beyond the physical. She blends precision, rhythm, and intentional movement to create an experience that is both challenging and empowering, offering 1:1 sessions, studio classes, and private events.
