Live in Ottawa or coming to Ottawa for Bring on the Bay Open Water Swim? Join us Sunday morning for a run on the Ironman Ottawa Course. Pick your own distance. We will be running one loop of the course.
Meet at Tavern on the Hill by 8:15 am
If you are part of a club wear your kit so we can get a photo. If not come out and run anyway!
Course will be posted before the run.
