Body Weight PT
5 Sets of:
Strict Pull-ups - max reps (we will bring resistance bands to assist in your pull-ups)
20 - Squats
15 - Push-ups
20 Lunges
Core Work
3 Sets
60 sec. side plank hold
30 sec rest per side
2 min rest between sets
Running
30 mins, max distance
