Join us for a FREE Community Pilates Class in the Park
Hosted by Larch House Physio & Movement, a community-focused physiotherapy and movement clinic opening in Stittsville this Fall.
Whether you’re managing pain, returning to exercise, or simply looking for a welcoming way to move, this class is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and connection through movement.

- Hat and sunscreen (recommended)

Look for the Larch House Physio & Movement tent, flags, and registration table.
Free parking is available at the park.

This event is weather permitting. In the event of cancellation due to weather, registered participants will be notified through Eventbrite.

Opening Fall 2026 in Stittsville, Larch House Physio & Movement is a community-focused clinic offering physiotherapy, women’s health physiotherapy, rehab Pilates, massage therapy, and movement-based wellness programs.
We believe movement should be accessible, welcoming, and empowering for every season of life.
