The knowledge shared is designed to get you out of the HR weeds and back to doing what you really want to do…lead and grow your business!

• How to create job ads that attract the right candidates
• Crafting a solid job description to set performance expectations
• Interviewing techniques that actually measure competency and alignment to culture
• Employer branding basics and why it matters
