Hi everyone I have added a new evening slot for Littleport village hall for soundbath meditation sessions and I am so excited to use this space in the dark as it has fantastic accoustics for the resonating sounds and we can use our gorgeous nebular on the ceiling! Excited to see you!

50 minute group soundhealing meditation experience with magical meditative sounds lights and diffuser smells.
Sound healing uses instruments with specialised vibrations that create binaural beats which calm the nervous system and trigger the alpha brain wave state. In doing so this helps to achieve deeper and longer sleep and reduces cortisol levels enabling the body to self heal and calm over stimulation caused by stresses on the body.
