About this Event
This event is hosted by Fenland SOIL to bring together those with an interest in lowland agricultural peat to explore the current thinking, gaps in knowledge, proposed policy changes and future work needed in this area. This workshop will be interactive and encourage collaborations with a focus on networking and discussions.
Hosted at the Maltings in Ely, in the heart of the Fens, with easy access by rail and car.
All participants from research, academia, business and industry, farmers, growers, policy makers, NGOs, and local communities are welcome with the conference being particularly catered to the farming industry.
Researchers, policy makers, stakeholders and industry experts will share their insights, including an international perspective and delegates will be able to take part in group workshops and discussions.
The conference will take place over two days and will include a conference dinner with speaker and breakfast sessions.
More information including the full event programme and sponsors coming soon!
