LIMITLESS LADIES: STRONGER TOGETHER 💜
Celebrate International Women’s Day with a powerful outdoor bodyweight workout bringing women together through movement, strength and community.
Limitless Ladies: Stronger Together is about creating a supportive space where women can move their bodies, connect with others and feel empowered through fitness. Whether you’re new to exercise or already active, this session welcomes women of all fitness levels to come together for an energising workout outdoors.
The session will be led by PuretrainingwithJ and hosted by Jo London in collaboration with Pain Equals Resilience.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin on time.

Meeting Point: Near the Outdoor Gym Park
Please head towards the outdoor gym area where we will meet before the session begins. Look out for the Limitless Ladies group gathering near the outdoor gym park.
THE SESSION
The event will include a 45-minute outdoor bodyweight workout designed to be inclusive, energising and suitable for all fitness levels.
No equipment is required — just bring yourself and your energy.
At the start of the session, purple ribbons will be provided where attendees will have the opportunity to write a personal goal or intention for the workout before we begin.
DRESS CODE
To create a strong and unified visual for the event:
All Black Gym Wear
Add a touch of purple (socks, headband, trainers, sports bra, etc.)
Purple ribbons will be provided on arrival.
WHAT TO BRING
• Water
• Comfortable workout clothing
• Trainers suitable for outdoor exercise
• Workout/Yoga mat (recommended)
• Towel (optional)

• This is an outdoor event, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
• Please arrive early so the session can start on time.
• Registration is required as spaces are limited.
