In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026 and the WomenTechmakers #TechNovation initiative, I am opening my calendar for free 1-on-1 mentorship sessions throughout March and April.

About the Mentor

Dr. Annalisa Arcella, is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer who brings two decades of international experience to the table. With a PhD in computational biophysics and research at MIT, she pioneered the use of GPUs to accelerate bio-molecular modeling. Her groundbreaking work, published in top journals and presented globally, combines high-performance computing expertise with proven problem-solving scientific mindset.

This uniquely positions her ability to transfer her expertise from science into new, innovative applications.

AI for business

Inspired by a fast-paced business culture in New York City, she transplanted her talents to Europe's AI scene in London. Through transformative projects with global consultancies like BAE Systems and PwC, she's honed her expertise to benefit clients like HSBC and Santander. From traditional machine learning applied to IoT, compliance, insurance, automotive, to cutting-edge NLP, GenAI, and MLOps, her adaptability reflects the dynamic nature of the AI field.

Annalisa worked and lived in Italy, Spain, Germany, US and UK. She champions diversity as the source of the most innovative solutions, fostering a belief in inclusion - 'no talent left behind'.
