IT’S BACK!!! Join us for a unique and playful yoga class where all ages and levels are welcome! In this gentle, relaxing session, we’ll incorporate Squishmallows or other soft, cuddly stuffed animals (12" or larger) to help you find comfort and ease in each movement. There will be a limited number of Squishmallows to borrow. Please bring your own if you have one. These cozy companions will provide support, grounding, and joy as we move, breathe, and unwind together.
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to help you relax, release tension, and have fun. Let your comfort item guide you through a journey of soothing stretches and mindful breathwork, creating a calming experience that is perfect for both body and mind. Come with an open heart, ready to relax, and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
