Reclaiming Our Feminine Power Movement Workshop

This workshop will feel gentle, energizing, and very very fun!
In this special women only workshop we're going to shake off the shakels of the patriarchy by familiarizing ourselves with what makes us most powerful: our Divine Feminity. Perhaps we were taught that our feminine nature is somehow wrong, sinful, or shameful. Perhaps we were taught to be uncomfortable with our sensual prowess and sexuality when in fact it is the most powerful part of being innately female!
In the timeline somewhere between Cleopatra and Marilyn we were taught to stay small to make the wounded masculine feel more powerful. In fact it is healing the mental framework around our true divine power and sexuality that will bolster our male counterparts to embody the most healed versions of themselves!
Buckle up for this 2 hour workshop containing the philosophy around sacred femininity, guided meditation with cacao, hip opening exercises and gentle stretches, then we will fire it up with mapouka (twerk) tutorials, and plenty of time for creative dance. We will finish with a short guided meditation with Creations Crystals very own Charee Jackson!
