For February's Full Moon in Leo, we'll be tapping into that fire moon energy with mini–Fire Moon Kits. It was so fun last time we're doing it again! Each Kit will have everything you need to perform a fire ceremony to release what's no longer serving you. From sage, to palo santos, to paper, matches, burning container and ceremonial shell, you'll have it all in a mini burlap bag for easy travel so you can have your own fire ceremony whenever you want! Plus, we'll move breathe and celebrate this magical Full Moon together with Moon Sals, Moon Breath and our typical Moon Magic! ~

Come gather on the Full moon and allow yourself to soak up the healing light this Moon has to offer! You’ll be guided through Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutations, a sequence of asanas or postures that cool you down and open you up to the Moon's magic plus other enchanting Moon practices. With the light of the Full Moon high above us we can use its energies to release all that no longer serves us so we can create space for the things that do!
5000-year-old Tantric yoga text regarded the Moon as the source of immortality, a giver of vital energy and by using this sequence under the Full Moon you can help replenish your energies and understand yourself in new ways.

There will be a releasing ceremony where we will be invited to write down what we no longer want in our lives and use the cleansing power of fire and sage to release it into the universe.
