What is Kundalini Life Force Activation?

The root word for Kundalini means “coiled” or “spiral”. In spiritual and yogic traditions, it is depicted as potential energy located at the base of the spine, which when awakened, can lead to profound transformation. This is the “Oz” of Life Force. What lies behind the curtain- and what we aim to provide- is a container for you to connect with a deeper inner clarity. This clarity helps you orient your thoughts, feelings, and energy body towards the things that feel meaningful and nourishing.

The momentum of our programming, our societies culture, and the family that we were raised in creates this container that is quite heavy, dense, and hard to get around. It’s challenging to break free of it through sheer willpower alone. Life Force Activation has a unique way of temporarily lifting this hard wiring, allowing you to sense, see, and experience new frequencies that align with your desires and unique needs. Life Force feels like home, and we are honored to hold space for you.

What to expect during a session

Lie supine on a yoga mat, pad, or blanket.

Closing your eyes and keeping them closed allows you to drop into the energy and stay with it.

Loud music will be played. (Ear plugs will be provided if sensitive to sounds.)

There is nothing you need to know or do. Allow yourself to surrender to what may arise from within.

Focus on the music and allow yourself to quiet your mind and become fully present in the body.

Allow, surrender, be curious and open to the process as it is unfolding.

Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers or bring a blanket. You have cold or hot sensations during a session.

Avoid eating heavy foods 3 hours before. Avoid alcohol, smoking, or illicit drugs 72 hours before.

What you may experience during a session

Every Kundalini Life Force Activation is different and unique each time and to each individual.

As your Kundalini Life Force Energy awakens, you may experience:

• Energy sensations in different areas of the body felt as warmth or tingling
• Spontaneous physical movements: twitching, shaking, contractions, dancing, swaying, yoga postures, mudras
• Full range of emotional: laughing, crying, screaming
• Vocal releases: toning, humming, singing, coughing, moaning, different languages
• Visualizations: light, sacred geometry, colors, traveling via frequency or multi-dimensional
• Stillness: states of meditation, bliss, oneness, expanded consciousness

What to bring

Bring water, a blanket and/or dress in layers for body temperature changes, a yoga mat, blanket, or anything you would like to lie on flat. The preferred position is supine with your head and body aligned. If you have issues with lying flat listen to your body and support your position however feels right for you.

The transmission is 1 hour long. In the beginning we will explain the process and have time for some questions. After the transmission we will close the circle with some optional sharing and tips for intergration and grounding.

Begins promptly at 4 pm. No exceptations. Entrance is at the back of the salon. In the alley way between 31st & Grim St. Look for stained glass window on the brown door.

Parking: Theres is an all day parking lot for $6.00 behind the salon...if you prefer to park residentially please give yourself a little extra time.
