About this Event

The aim of the level 2 (skilled) module is to support you in recognising adults at risk of harm and the processes involved in adult support and protection.

Learning Outcomes

To be confident in identifying harm for an adult
To explore why Adult Support and Protection is needed
How to act on relevant legislation in relation to Adult Support & Protection and other legislation for adults
How to implement and use local Adult Protection Procedures
Your Duty to Report, Inquire & Co-operate in Adult Support and Protection matters
Roles & Responsibilities of appropriate agencies & professionals fulfilling Adult Support & Protection legislative functions
Attendance and participation at an Adult Support & Protection Case Conference

Venue:

Training will take place at West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston.

Please note refreshments will not be provided during this session, however there are a number of local services available to you.
