Led Intermediate Class (Nadi Śodhana)

The Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga, known as Nadi Śodhana, is a sophisticated and challenging sequence that weaves together strength, flexibility, and control. Its primary aim is to purify and balance the nervous system while working on the more subtle aspects of the human body.
This powerful series includes deep backbends, forward folds, and arm balances, thoughtfully arranged to cultivate freedom of movement, resilience, and integrity in the body.
The class is led following the traditional Sanskrit Vinyasa count, offering students the opportunity to experience the authentic method of entering and exiting each asana within this beautiful and demanding sequence.All students with experience in the Ashtanga Yoga method are welcome, even if they have not yet completed the full Second Series in their personal practice.
Come prepared to be challenged, to sweat, and to explore the depth of this transformative practice.
