The Wellness Revelation is a program designed to help you get fit both physically and spiritually, freeing you to pursue God’s dreams and goals for your life.
The goal is transformation from the inside out. Food and fitness find their proper place—no more obsessing or neglecting—as we seek fit bodies, full hearts, and free spirits so that we might live out our Kingdom purpose with energy and joy. For 8 weeks, we will engage in movement, bible study and community together. Healing and transformation are done best in community, which is why House of Hope is excited to bring this programming to you.
