We will have a short intention setting ritual and allow the stillness of the sound mediation to create space, and balance your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical body. Embrace the calm, slower, and introspective moments that winter offers us.
Mats, props, and blankets provided. Please bring any additional comfort items you might like.
