Every Saturday for the month of October 2026 I will teaching an "Italian Sauce Class".
You will learn how to make the perfect Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Salsa di Pomodoro.
We will be cooking with dried pasta this time so that the pasta water is starchier.
The classes will be on Saturday's only in the month of October 2026, starting at 10am at Waiora Hub at Alex Moore Park.
