� Grilled Eggplant with Scallion Oil (Cà Tím Nướng Mỡ Hành)
A beloved Vietnamese side dish with smoky eggplant, fragrant scallion oil, and rich umami flavours.
� Taro & Pork Bone Soup (Canh Khoai Môn Hầm Xương)
A nourishing and comforting soup that is often enjoyed as part of a family meal.
