Join fellow nonprofit leaders for a full-day, interactive workshop focused on practical strategies for navigating organizational challenges, leading teams effectively, and building stronger organizations.
Led by Jacob Whitmore, business professor, former U.S. Army officer, organizational behavior researcher, and leadership consultant, this workshop blends research-based leadership principles with real-world experience.

- Strategies for navigating conflict, accountability, and communication issues
- New ways to influence teams and lead through difficult situations
- Actionable solutions to current leadership challenges
