A general introduction of Soto Zen in the lineage of Taisen Deshimaru. Instructions on the proper techniques of Zazen and an opportunity to practice under the guidance of a Zen teacher. A $10 donation is suggested to support the dojo. Please wear comfortable clothes, preferably in dark or muted colors as part of the tradition.
