Created by an Indian medical Doctor, Laughter Yoga is not only great fun - there are many documented health benefits of the deep breathing and cascade of the brain's happy chemicals, promoting health and wellbeing
Laughing on a regular basis helps us become lighter, more loving, caring and forgiving. Not only laughing in the laughter session but carrying the spirit of laughter throughout the day. Helping keep our spirits high and our minds positive when faced with life's challenges.
No stretches or asanas (postures) and suitable for nearly everyone. Can be done in a chair if needed. We do the laughter exercises and the laughter becomes contagious.
