Join us for a refreshing morning yoga & sauna retreat, located directly on Whitstable beach.

Our event will include a 1 hour heart opening yoga class, with a sound healing meditation using quartz crystal singing pyraminds and wind chimes, followed by a beachfront sauna session at Sea Scrub Sauna, with cold plunge barrels.

We are also offering sea salt body scrubs in the form on Cedarwood, Frankincense and Grapefruit which supports opening up the heart chakra. Option to be applied by us or self-applied.

Nutritious brunch snacks, warm matcha latte's and orange cacao drinks will be offered after the sauna session.

We will open with a circle, where we can all connect to set an intention and manifestation / desire.

Our motive is to create an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, connected and grounded, with the chance to meet new friends. Our yoga session will be aimed around the heart chakra, this is a chance to show yourself some love, and release any negative energy that your body needs to.

• Blankets
• Towel
• Water Bottle
• Swimming attire for sauna and plunge / sea

10:30am: Arrival / Welcome + Introduction

10:45 - 11:45am: Yoga & Sound Healing Meditation

11:45 - 12:00pm: Hot Cacao / Matcha Latte's

12:00 - 1pm: Sauna Session / Body Scrubs / Cold Plunge Barrels or Sea Dip.

1:00 - 2pm: Brunch & Closing Ceremony
