Laugh, Sip, Paint is a monthly Paint and Sip at AllArtworks Viewing Studio that features a brand new local artist to learn from each show with one small twist. Professional comedian Mike Logan will be doing his best during the lesson to screw things up with wild curveballs, hilarious distractions and great prizes to giveaway!!
So come ready to paint and laugh while relaxing with a drink and an amazing artist excited to teach you!

Jamari Taylor is a portrait artist from Battle Creek, Michigan and current resident in the Grand Rapids community. Using charcoal, acrylics, and oils she creates images that portrays a sitter’s character, power, and strength. After starting her art business Jaylei Art, Jamari has created an artsy foundation to uplift and get others inspired through an artist vision. Throughout her Jaylei Art tutoring program, portrait time lapse videos, Jaylei products, murals, and vendor events, it’s Jamari’s pleasure to continuously create spaces of light, peace, and healing through art in different communities.
Through her business Jaylei Art, Jamari has been able to expand connections in a variety of ways through the art community. While providing the youth and families a creative and healing space to take art classes in Battle Creek,MI and newly opened Jaylei Art Studio in Grand Rapids, these spaces give families the tools to heal, grow, and express themselves through a creative lens.
June 13th: George Eberhardt
George Eberhardt started at West Michigan Center for Arts + Technology - WMCAT as illustration teaching artist in 2008. He specializes in mural art, graphic design, and illustration. In 2016, George served as project manager and mural artist for a winning team at ArtPrize He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Digital media from Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University
July 11th: Alien J
Janeil Foy is an artist from St. Louis, Missouri, whose passion for painting began in childhood. He studied art and design at Northern Michigan University, where he developed his skills and refined his artistic vision. Alongside his artistic pursuits, Janeil has over 15 years of experience as a breaking teacher, deeply connecting his art with the rhythm and energy of dance.
Inspired by the movement and grace of dance, Janeil captures the essence of figures and people in his artwork. His thoughtful use of color interacts with light, bringing his pieces to life. Each shade is carefully selected to respond to different lighting conditions, creating depth and energy that invites viewers to engage with his work.
Through his exploration of light and color, Janeil aims to evoke feelings and emotions, transforming his canvases into vivid reflections of movement. The shifting light across his paintings adds a dynamic quality, making each piece feel alive and in constant motion.
