GROUND. RELEASE. INTEGRATE. Come Home to Yourself.

For the woman who is tired of holding it all together.
Mum. Partner. Boss. Carer. Friend. Planner.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably brilliant at looking after others and keeping everything running while wearing many hats. I completely relate.
But when was the last time you looked after you?
As summer softens into autumn, this is your invitation to pause. To breathe. To come home to yourself.
Join us for a 3‑day, 2‑night women’s glamping retreat in the peaceful East Sussex countryside. This isn’t about ‘doing’ more wellness — it’s about being. Deep rest, real release, and remembering who you are underneath the roles.
Why a 3‑day retreat?
A yoga class feels nice. A day retreat feels revitalising. A weekend allows the nervous system time to down‑regulate, the mental to‑do list to quieten, and the body to remember how to rest.
Here’s what women commonly report after a weekend like this:
- Deep rest: better sleep, waking without an alarm, a settled body.
- Emotional release: space to let go of stress, grief, or tension.
- Real tools: breathwork, ritual, yoga nidra and journalling practices you can take home.
- Clarity + direction: time to heal and set intentions that actually stick.
- Sisterhood: connection with other women who understand the juggle.
- Natural health reset: nourishing plant‑based food and time in nature.
You come for rest. You stay for the healing. You’ll leave with tools that will last past Monday morning.
