Ladies Social Mountain Bike Ride

This is a ladies social mountain bike ride around the trail network at Queen Elizabeth Country Park and potentially the local bridleway network. We can finish up in the cafe if people have time / want to.
This is a social, no-drop ride suitable for all levels of MTB riders. The main objective will be to chat and have fun whilst riding the trails - no pressure to hit features or go fast.

What you need to know
• Booking is essential.
• Meet in front of the Visitor Centre ready to ride at 2pm.
• Helmets are compulsory and we recommend wearing gloves and sports glasses. Please double check your bike is trail worthy before attending.
• The ride is self-supported so please bring any spares you may need - water, snack, puncture repair kit, extra layers depending on the weather forecast.
• This is a social ride, not a guided or coached session. Each rider is responsible for their own safety and participates at their own risk. Riders must decide whether to ride a trail or feature based on their own experience and ability.
• Parking charges apply at all times.
