Contracts are pervasive elements of our business lives. This short talk provides an opportunity to get practical and real about elements of contracts, what it means to form them, and have a look into some key considerations–-specifically in the context of small businesses.

About Justine
Justine is a settler of mixed European descent who grew up in Vernon, BC, on the territory of the Syilx people. She is a social scientist and Senior Researcher at Reciprocity Research based out of the KWENCH Office (Wheyoo!).

Like many folks at KWENCH, Justine has many interests and is also a 4th year law student in the University of Victoria's Joint Law Degree Program in Indigenous Laws and Common Law. In her final semester of Law School, Justine is a student in the University of Victoria's Business Law Clinic (BLC). The BLC is a free-of-charge legal clinic that provides legal information on legal issues related to business matters.
