Connect & Collaborate was founded by Sarah Wilson, a community-driven entrepreneur passionate about bringing ambitious women together. With a background in sales, coaching, and leadership, Sarah has spent years building relationships, creating meaningful spaces, and helping others grow with confidence. She's been leading women's only networking groups for 14 years!

She believes powerful things happen when women gather with intention, to share ideas, support one another, and build real connections that extend beyond the room. Her vision for Connect + Collaborate is to create a consistent, welcoming space on Vancouver Island where women can share their business, form strategic partnerships, create real relationships and leave feeling energized and inspired.
